Rules of participation in the conference
A student (bachelor, specialist or master's degree), postgraduate or young scientist (PhD) under the age of 35 years can be a participant of the conference. Assistant Professor, Professor or Doctor of Science are not considered young scientists and can't be participants of the conference, even if their age is less than 35 years.
In order to take part in the conference you have to register before the date defined by organizing committee. Requests to participate submitted electronically through the registration system. Requests submitted in another form or in another time aren't considered.
The paper should have the following structure:
Summary — a brief overview of work, in particular the main results, achievements, applications, prospects, etc. (50-200 words).
Introduction — statement of research problem, its relevance and connection with other problems in concrete fields of science.
The main part of the article, which may consist of several chapters that contain:
A brief analysis of the achievements in this area recently, which author uses as basic.
The formulation of the problems which the author explores in his work.
Description of the content of personal research, elucidation of the main findings and results: personal ideas, thoughts, received scientific facts, the program of the experiment, etc.
Analysis of the obtained results.
Conclusions — the results of the work, assessment of the problem solving level, formulated in the introduction, review the prospects for future research and practical application of the obtained results.
Work should be framed by the respective template in format LaTeX. You can independently mark up your work according to the template or we can do it for you.
Only papers, that contain not less then 3 pages, will be accepted for reviewing.
Printing of the work up to 7 pages is included in conference registration fee, but if your paper takes more than 7 pages you can publish it in full, paying 2 euros for each additional page.
The authors are solely responsible for the selection and precision given in the article of facts, quotations, statistics, industry terminology, proper names and other information.
The papers which contain plagiarism (ideas borrowed from other authors, but served as his) and autoplagiarism (his ideas published before, but presented as new) won't be accepted.
If your paper is based on other papers, you must refer to them.
If the results of your research are commercial or state secrets, which can't be disclosed, you can't participate in the conference with this paper.
Authors retain all rights to their work.
Paper should be done in English. The papers done in other languages are not considered. The papers which contain many grammatical, stylistic or spelling mistakes will be returned by Program Committee.
After the paper is downloaded to the website, it will be immediately passed to the Program Committee for reviewing and if the review is positive, you will get an invitation to the conference.
Review takes place under the following scheme:
Each work anonymously (without any information about the author) is sent to two experts for reviewing. In the case of two positive reviews the paper is accepted for the conference.
If one review is positive and one is negative, the paper will be sent for reviewing to the third expert, and acceptance or rejection will depend on results of his review.
In the case of two negative reviews the paper will be rejected.
After the conference papers will be published in the Proceedings of the conference and on the conference official website and will be available free of charge.
External participation in the conference isn't provided.
We recommend to prepare a presentation of his report to each participant. The presentation should be made in English (in .ppt/.pptx/.pdf format).
If the potential participant ignores at least one of the following rules: 1,3,4,5,8,9,10,12, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to delete his account on the website of the conference.
