Conference "Theoretical and Applied Aspects of Cybernetics" is dedicated to the memory of the founder of Cybernetics Institute of NASU, founder of Cybernetics faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, academic of NAS USSR, NASU Victor Glushkov and it's held annually from 2011.
